I graduated from California College of the Arts with a major in interaction design and minor in writing in 2018. During that time, I worked with Ford on future autonomous transportation, Visa on a B2C foreign exchange system, led DocuSign’s first benchmarking study, and created a new QBOA reconciliation experience with Intuit.

Prior to joining Google as my first job out of college, I worked at Haakon Faste’s design agency designing a new payment platform for T-Mobile.

…led 0 to 1 design and strategy at google for developer tools on Business Communications, an early stage product, growing our program to more than 10M MAU.

My contributions unlocked key initiatives for Verified SMS and Business Messages product investments, growing our user base from the hundreds to more than 10+ million, with the success of our first product launch, the Rich Business Messages Developer Console.

The growth of BizComms as consumer and developer products resulted in partnerships between major mobile carriers such as Vodafone, numerous Fortune 500 companies, and with Google Maps, Search, Shopping and more.

I also led design for the consumer side of RBM, VSMS and contributed to the first Material You design release.
